Holistic Wellness Coaching is for individuals
looking to improve
their overall well-being.
Wellness coaching is a partnership between a professional coach and a self-responsible client. The coach’s job is to listen whole-heartedly to you, the client, and identify the goals you have expressed a desire to achieve. The coach facilitates the process at each stage, as you become more aware of your own abilities and come closer to your goals. Coaching begins with both the client and coach establishing a trusting partnership. This is essential for a productive coaching environment.
The client should be aware they have full control over the outcome, taking full self-responsibility for the level of motivation for change. The coach is there to ask questions which will allow for a higher degree of progress, for encouragement, guidance and awareness. Your coach is helping you build individual steps towards holistic wellness. A contract is then established to this effect.
This type of coaching is the main method used but other methodologies can be incorporated into your plan. My unique approach covers the wellness inventory, nutritional counseling, vegetarian meal planning, exercise, art therapy, reiki and reflexology. This allows for a complete and balanced, specialized coaching program that will fit your individual needs. Oh, and free recipes, also...!
